I am so glad you took the time to learn about what I do and what this blog can mean to you.
A few years ago I had made a decision to lose weight to improve my overall health, but mostly because I did not like the way I looked. I tried all sorts of diets to try to lose 30lbs, and every time I would lose a few pounds I would gain it right back.

I was on a mission, something needed to change. So I finally made an internal decision to do whatever it took in order to get the results that I wanted. I committed myself to try shakes, diets, recipes, workouts, anything I could get my hands on. But this time I would stay committed to the very end no matter what.

It was not easy, and it was not overnight – but I DID IT!! I was able to lose 35lbs and look and feel the best I have ever felt!

Why do I tell you this… well.. because that’s what inspired me to put together this blog.

I started thinking about the thousands of women like me out there that are trying so hard to lose the weight but don’t know where to start. Or worse, don’t even feel like starting.
This blog was created to inspire you. If you want to change your life for the better you came to the right place. Here I will be sharing with you diets, recipes, reviews of products that have everything to do with health.

No, I am not an expert in any sense of the word. But I will promise you this… I will give you my honest opinion and try it myself before letting the cat out of the bag.
